Return Policy

Lomar accepts returns depending on the condition. As follows:

• If you are not satisfied with the product due to a defect that occurred during the shipping process or you received a product different from what you ordered, all you have to do is contact customer service at: Saudi Arabia: 920000554 or send an email to the following email: [email protected].
• In the event of a return, the amount paid will be automatically returned to your account via a reverse bank transfer within 14 days from the date the returned product is received by the shipping company.
• Lomar gives its valued customers a 48-hour (two-day) grace period from the date of receipt of the order to exchange or return the product. No product may be exchanged or returned after this grace period has passed.

Non-returnable products:

1. Custom-made garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
2. Underwear such as: pants, T-shirts, boxers, etc., cannot be exchanged or returned at all.
3. Products that have been used, damaged by you, or are in a condition different from when you received them.

Law enforcement and judicial bodies:

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and applied in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to waive any objections based on venue.

Delivery:

Delivery cost: The cost of delivering products is according to the prices mentioned on the website.

Delay in delivery:

If our delivery of the product is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this, and we will take steps to minimize the consequences of the delay in delivery.
