It is a process of measuring defect rate, fabric structure, weight, shrinkage, color variation from edge to edge, color, texture, length/width, printing defects, and overall appearance.
Samples
Sample making is an important step in our production process. Therefore, we strictly monitor our team to produce accurate samples for each customer according to their specifications.

We use two techniques to cut the fabric: either with hand scissors or manually with a straight knife.
Model making
It is the process by which models are created using 2D or 3D methods according to different patterns. Using advanced techniques and machines like Grafis and Gerber Garment Technology.
Sewing
We have an experienced sewing team who can stitch the garments precisely using different types of advanced sewing machines.
Ironing
After the clothes are collected, they are taken to the ironing department for final pressing and improving the appearance of the clothes.
At this stage, final details such as embroidery and beading are added according to different specialized patterns.
We attach great importance to the quality control process. We mainly focus on the material quality and manufacturing quality.
At this final stage, the garments are folded, labeled and packed according to our customers' specifications, ensuring that the garments are well packed and shipped to the distribution centers.
Cole Haan x Lomar

In collaboration with global brand Cole Haan, Lomar is committed to redefining traditional Saudi fashion inspired by Bedouin heritage through footwear design, reaching the Middle East and North Africa region.
Inspired by Sadu, one of the most popular traditional embroidery styles in the Middle East and North Africa, Sadu is a symbol of unity, a common language that people speak and understand. Sadu is an ancient practice that Bedouins, especially women, used to meet their needs according to the desert environment in which they live.
Saudi Arabia Pavilion
2021
Lomar designed the uniform for the Saudi Pavilion team at Dubai Expo 2020.
The design of the costume was inspired by the architecture of the Saudi pavilion, its lines and external and internal shapes to guide the artistic direction of the costume design.
Safiya x Lomar Abaya
The Winter 2020 collection was a collaboration with Princess Safia Guerreras, with the aim of highlighting women in the region through the message of “Stay Chic”. A fashion show was held at the Belgian Embassy in the Diplomatic Quarter of Riyadh where distinguished guests were able to see the collection up close.
First place in the National Cultural Awards

Lomar won first place in the 2021 National Culture Award for Fashion Sector presented by the Ministry of Culture.

The Saudi team at the opening ceremony of the Tokyo 2021 Olympics wore clothes by Lomar and shoes designed in collaboration with global brand Cole Haan, reflecting Saudi culture through the design of the engraving.
