Repair, Exchange, and Return Policy

  • New clothes are accepted for free repair in the event of any manufacturing defects or for receiving the wrong order, within 10 days of delivery date.
  • Unwashed clothes are not accepted.
  • Ready-made garments and accessories can be replaced within 7 days of delivery date, provided that they are in their original condition and include purchase receipt.
  • Underwear are not eligible for exchange.
  • If the item is damaged, has manufacturing defects, or beyond repair, the customer shall be compensated within 10 days of delivery date with one of these options:
    • Exchange Thobe with a new one
    • Refund the amount paid by the customer (Thobe value).
