- The customer must follow the care instructions provided on the label of each product.
- We don’t allow any sort of modification or alteration on Lomar's designs.
- The company is not responsible for any inaccurate measurements based on customer input via the website.
- The company is not responsible for the inaccurate measurements based on a Thobe sent by the customer.
Repair, Exchange, and Return Policy
- In case of any manufacturing defect or any mistake in executing your order, we provide free repair services on new Thobes within a maximum of 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Unwashed or used clothes are not accepted.
- Ready-made garments and accessories should be returned within a maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that they are in their original condition with the purchasing invoice attached.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of underwear.
- We compensate our customers within a maximum of 10 days from the date of purchase for any beyond repair defective items due to damage or manufacturing fault with one of the following options:
- We replace your defective Thobe with a new one.
- We refund the amount paid by the customer (Thobe value).
- The customer is not compensated for the delivery charges.
- In case of payment on delivery by card machine, the purchase amount will be returned to the customer's bank account within 20-30 working days from the date of payment.
- In the case of online payment, the purchase amount will be returned to the customer’s bank account directly within 7-15 business days, and may take longer in some cases.
Supported payment methods:
- We offer a secure payment method through credit cards as a guaranteed way to pay for merchandise, either in stores or through our online store.
- We accept payments through Visa and MasterCard to provide a leading protection using the highest encryption standards in order to ensure a safe online/ offline shopping experience for our customers.
Payment on Delivery:
- We accept payment on Delivery by card machine as the alternative payment method in Saudi Arabia only for the customers who wish to pay at the time of delivery.
- By using this service, you can pay the shipping company when you receive the shipment, provided that the total amount does not exceed SAR 3,750 including the shipping charges.
- All orders are shipped through Aramex.
- Payment on delivery by card machine service is not available for international orders.
- Free shipping is provided for orders SAR 500 and over within KSA.
- The company isn’t responsible for any product that the customer did not receive from the delivery company within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
- We will contact the customer to confirm the order once it is received in case of payment on delivery by card machine.
- Refusal of accepting delivery or cancelling a Payment On Delivery by card machine order will lead to barring of the Payment On Delivery service.
